CANCELLING AN ORDER



Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 14 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We request that you email us at sales@nailz2go.com to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. 24 hours' advance warning is required for returns. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.



RETURNS POLICY



In the unlikely event that you have to return any products to us you should be aware of the following. Please email sales@nailz2go.com with any problems. This helps us both have a record of events. We always answer emails in order they are received and as soon as practically possible. We will gladly credit or refund on unused item which is returned to us within 30 days of purchase in original condition ie unopened. This includes goods ordered in error, unlike most suppliers we will NOT charge a restocking fee for this, most suppliers charge from 15-20% for this.  If items are returned in a state which makes them unusable then they will be returned back to you and postage costs will be charged. If you return items back we will inspect the items to ensure they are in original condition and telephone or email you to confirm this. All returned goods must be securely packed and in an unused condition. We suggest you use a service that can provide "proof of delivery". We will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

We regret that no postage will be refunded unless the item(s) being returned are faulty.



SLIMMING PANTS RETURNS POLICY



We offer a simple returns guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the shapewear you have ordered, we will exchange them for a different size, colour or product, or give you a full refund within 7 days of you receiving your order. This is providing you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Please ensure that all shapewear is tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse the return of item where these provisos have not been followed.

To return your items to us please package them carefully (please do not use additional sellotape, glue or staples on the product or packaging), pre-pay the postage costs, and include either the original invoice with details of what you require (ie a refund or exchange), or a note with your name, address, date of purchase and details of what you require. If you require an exchange for an item that is lower in value than your original purchase, we will refund the difference back to your original method of payment. If it is higher in value, please either send us a cheque made payable to Nailz2go, or request an electronic invoice. We cannot automatically charge your original card as we never see your card details.

We recommend that you either use a recorded delivery method, or obtain proof of postage from the post office. This means we can still process your request in the event the item goes missing in the post. If the exchange or refund is a result of our error, we wil refund you your postage costs.



DAMAGED GOODS



You should inspect the goods when you receive them for any damage. If the package you receive looks like it may be damaged or has been tampered with you should refuse the package or mark the courier's sheet to show this (if you do sign to accept the package).If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you then we will replace or refund the price paid. If you find any damages you must inform us (preferably immediately on the same day you receive them). We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 24hrs of receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected Remittance Terms: All goods remain the property of us until paid for in full.
